I am an active, but lardy, 41 year old bloke. It is time to act.

The objective: to lose some fat.

The four hour body is a realistic method. But can I make it work?

March 28: mass 91 kg
March 28: fat 23 %

Goal 0: to post every day

Goal 1: fat @ 19% [done week 4!]
Goal 2: fat @ 15% [done Nov 2011]
Goal 3: fat @ 12%
