day # 32 : wrap up
Lunch: tuna (in brine, as usual); bean/bean/lentil salad
Dinner: chili with loads of vegetables
Snack: olives with peppers; 10 x almonds
Went to the gym as delayed at work. A couple of laps around the usual weights circuit.
