day #17 : wrap up
Lunch: tuna (in water 140g); bean/bean/pea/celery salad; water
Dinner: steak strips, roast chicken; stir-fry vegetables
Snack: 10 x unsalted almonds at 1600.
I felt a bit hungry today. No cheats though. And just polishing of my glass of red wine.
