day #18 : wrap up
Lunch: shop ham salad; whole avocado; water
Dinner: steak strips, roast chicken; stir-fry vegetables
Snack: 10 x unsalted almonds at 1000.
Gym was good at lunch time today. Sadly work issues mean that I am still working now...
